Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are continuously updating our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Purchases
To create an Order with Us, you will be required to disclose information including, but not limited to, Your credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address and shipping information. This information is handled by Stripe, within accordance of GDPR.
By submitting this information You declare you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection to Your Order. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.
Free Trials
At any time, FBALeads reserves the right to offer a Free Trial for a period of time.
To sign up for a Free Trial, you may be required to submit your billing information.
Upon the expiration of the Free Trial period, your billing method will automatically be charged as per the fees defined by your Active Subscription, unless cancelled – please refer to the Cancellation section.
You are only permitted to create one new Free Trial account per 12 month period. Creating more than one Free Trial account will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
Cancellations
At any time, FBALeads reserves the right to refuse of cancel Your Order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Availability of the product
- Error in the description or pricing for a product
- Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised or other illegal transaction
Your Rights to Cancellation
FBALeads offers the ability to cancel an Active Subscription at any time. To cancel an Active Subscription, contact FBALeads Support via email ([email protected]) or via the subscription management page of our Online Dashboard.
Refunds
Upon purchase of a subscription offered by FBALeads and accessing Our Service, You will need to waive Your cancellation rights before digital content can be provided. This means that once You have downloaded or viewed Our Service, then You have given up Your consumer rights to a refund.
